Section 1, Laws of Maryland 1987, Chapter 594, enacted the Local Government Tort Claims Act, Title 5, Subtitle 4, Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Annotated Code of Maryland. Section 2 of that Act previously repealed this provision.
