§ 10-315. Administration of the Fund.

(a)

Administration. The Director of Human Resources Management or other designee of the County Executive shall administer the Fund according to accepted principles of sound accounting and fiscal management.

Operation. The operation of the Fund shall be subject to the availability of funding.
