§ 10-326. Board determination.

(a)

Within ten (10) days after the State Board receives a complete application for certification, the State Board shall certify an applicant candidate who qualifies for certification.

(b)

The decision by the State Board whether to certify a candidate is final.

(c)

If the State Board certifies a candidate, the State Board shall so notify the Director. After notification, the Director shall disburse a public contribution to the candidate's citizen funded campaign account.
