§ 10-178. Voting.

A simple majority of the members of the Risk Management Committee shall be required to decide all issues submitted to the Committee except the adoption and amendment of Bylaws, provided that no claim shall be compromised without the affirmative vote of the Member or Members against which the claim is asserted.
