§ 10-181. Bylaws.

(a)

The Risk Management Committee shall establish Bylaws for the conduct of business of the Risk Management Fund.

(b)

The Bylaws shall be adopted and amended by the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of the Risk Management Committee.
