§ 11-154. Arrest powers.

The Fire Chief in accordance with Section 2-208.3 of the Criminal Procedure Article of the Maryland Annotated Code shall designate individuals for the express purpose of enforcing the fire safety laws in effect in Prince George's County, including, but not limited to, this Subtitle. This power shall extend to any arrest or other lawful action necessary to permit the peaceful completion of any lawful action by the Fire/EMS Department.
