§ 11-207. Operation without a valid permit, or under an expired, suspended or revoked permit.

(a)

Any permittee who engages in any business, operation or occupation or uses any premises after the permit issued therefor has been suspended or revoked or has expired, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(b)

Any person who engages in any business, operation or occupation or uses any premises and who has failed to obtain an appropriate permit and fire inspection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
