§ 11-292.01. Reckless endangerment.

Any person who recklessly engages in conduct, in violation of any provision of this Subtitle, that creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to a group of one hundred (100) or more persons shall be subject to a civil fine of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
