§ 12-111.01. Hearings.

A fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be charged for administrative/enforcement hearings held pursuant to this Division. The permit holder will not be obligated to pay the fee for the scheduled hearing if:
(1)

A request to cancel or reschedule is received at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled hearing, or;

(2)

The hearing is required by this Department.
