§ 12-148. Meter boxes.

Meter boxes and any other installations sunk into sidewalks or in the ground near buildings from which conduits or pipes pass to business buildings are required to have their sides and bottom surfaces sealed with cement mortar or other suitable material. Drainage should be provided when necessary.
