§ 12-153. Trees, poles or ladders.

  • (a)

    In order to protect buildings on business premises from climbing of roof rodents no person shall permit poles, ladders or any other object not in actual use to lean against the sides of buildings. No person shall permit vines to grow up the sides of business buildings.

    (b)

    All trees near business buildings are required to be kept trimmed and cut so that no part of any branch or any part of such tree shall be closer than four (4) feet from the sides of any business building and shall under no circumstances overhang the roof of the building.
