§ 13-1161. Corrections to the Board's decision and order.

(a)

In general. Any party may apply to the Board in writing to correct ministerial errors or errors due to mistake of fact or law, fraud, irregularity or clerical error.

(b)

Time for filing. The application shall be filed within ten (10) days after the mailing of the Board's written final decision and order.
