§ 13-121. Same; Section 306, Extermination.

(a)

Section 306.3 is amended to read as follows:
" 306.3 Single occupancy. The owner of a one-family dwelling or of a single-tenant nonresidential structure shall be responsible for extermination on the premises."

(b)

Section 306.4 is amended to read as follows:
" 306.4 Multiple occupancy. The owner of a structure containing two (2) or more dwelling units, a multiple occupancy, a rooming house, or a nonresidential structure shall be responsible for extermination."

(c)

Section 306.5 is amended to read as follows:
" 306.5 Continued maintenance. The owner of any structure shall be responsible for the continued rodent- and pest-free condition of the structure."
