§ 13-182.01. Exemptions from licensing requirements.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Division, any property which is located within an incorporated municipality which issues single-family rental facility licenses under its own Housing Code after an inspection to ascertain compliance thereto is hereby exempted from the single-family licensing requirement of this Division.
