Applicants for certificates and renewals thereof shall pay to the Department of Permitting,
Inspections, and Enforcement, Prince George's County, a fee to be established and
revised from time to time by the Director of the Department of Permitting, Inspections,
and Enforcement or his designee, which amount shall not exceed the cost of inspecting,
administering and enforcing the program.
