§ 13-216. Notification of legal proceedings.

Every grantee shall report, in writing, to the Commission any legal proceeding, within ten (10) days of notice of such proceeding, brought against him or any person employed by the facility if such proceeding arises out of circumstances related to the care of residents in the facility, or to the continued operation of the facility.
