§ 14-176. Unlawful acts.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in picketing before or about the residence or dwelling of any individual in Prince George's County. This prohibition shall apply only when picketing occurs, with or without the carrying of signs or other forms of speech, and is directed toward or takes place solely in front of a particular residence, utilizing a public street, sidewalk, right-of-way, or other public area.
