Any person who violates any provision of this Division or of the rules and regulations
established pursuant to this Division, including knowingly failing to register, verify,
update information in the manner and within the time periods provided for in this
Division, or providing false information in the registration form or verification,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to
a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment not exceeding
twelve (12) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation
continues is a separate offense.
