§ 14-102. Curfew for juveniles.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of seventeen (17) to be or remain in or upon a public place within the County during the period ending at 5:00 A.M. and beginning:

(1)

At 11:59 P.M. on Friday and Saturday nights; and

(2)

10:00 P.M. on all other nights.
