§ 14-136.01. Urinating or Defecating in Public.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in public, unless there is a place specifically designated for that purpose, or in any other place where the person may be seen from a public thoroughfare or public property.

(b)

Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon citation issued pursuant to Division 3, of Subtitle 28 of this Code, be deemed to have committed a civil violation and shall pay to the County a civil monetary fine in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
