§ 15B-126. Conflicts of interest.

(a)

The Redevelopment Authority shall comply with the provisions of Division 17 of Subtitle 2 of this Code with regard to conflicts of interest and ethical considerations.

(b)

Members and officers of the Redevelopment Authority shall file financial disclosure statements pursuant to Division 17 of this Code.
