§ 16-104. County Personnel Board: composition; appointment; terms; removal; compensation.

(a)

The composition, terms, and procedures for appointment and removal of the members of the County Personnel Board shall be as provided for in Section 906 of Article IX of the Charter.

(b)

The members of the Personnel Board shall be compensated at the rate of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month. The Chair thereof shall be compensated an additional One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month for administrative responsibilities.
