§ 18-154. Personal contacts with criminal suspects.

All members of the Police Department shall refrain from making personal contacts with persons who are engaged in unlawful activity or who are under investigation by a law enforcement agency when such contacts would present an appearance of impropriety, unless necessary to do so in the performance of their duty.
