§ 18-186.09. Enforcement of Subpoenas.

(a)

The Prince George's County Citizen Complaint Oversight Panel may petition a court of competent jurisdiction to issue an order requiring compliance with a subpoena issued for the panel by the County Council.

(b)

A court of competent jurisdiction may hold a person who fails to obey an order issued under Subsection (a) of the Section in contempt of court.
