§ 18A-106. Parcel size.

Parcels shall be assigned in lots of approximately one thousand (1,000) square feet. In no instance is any applicant to be assigned a parcel or parcels in excess of approximately two thousand (2,000) square feet, and if more than one (1) parcel is assigned, then said parcels must be contiguous one to another.
