§ 1-101. Designation and citation of Code.

The laws embraced in this and the following Subtitles and Sections shall constitute and be designated as "Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland" and as "The Prince George's County Code" and may be so cited. The Code may also be cited as the "County Code" or in the provisions which follow, as "This Code."
