§ 1-109. Penalties.

No person who violates any provision of Sections 1-101 through 1-108 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to not more than thirty (30) days in jail or a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or both. Each day's use of the County name or the County seal or replica thereof in violation of Section 1-107 and 1-108 shall constitute a separate offense.
