§ 20-116. Display; certificate and license.

The driver shall have permanently on display at all times while on duty a copy of the original of the certificate sealed or certified by the Department of the Environment, issued for the operation of the taxicab or limousine, and the driver's license with photograph, and number, clearly visible to passengers.
