§ 20-165. Operations.

(a)

In addition to meeting all requirements of this Section, an accessible taxicab must conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act standards and all other applicable federal, state, and County standards.

(b)

Prior to operating an accessible taxi cab, an operator must successfully complete a training program approved by the Director and developed in conjunction with the Prince George's Commission on Individuals with Disabilities or their designated representative.
