§ 20-167. Assurance of availability.

(a)

The Director shall develop a plan on increasing the number of accessible taxicabs, with a goal of having 10% accessible taxicabs in the County by 2020, 35% accessible taxicabs in the County by 2025 and 50% accessible taxicabs in the County by 2030. The Director shall report annually to the County Executive and County Council on meeting the goals set forth for accessible taxicabs.

(b)

The Department shall place a list of accessible taxi cabs with phone numbers on their website.
