§ 20A-106. Penalty.

Any person who willfully violates the provisions of Section 20A-105 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or up to six (6) months in jail, or both.
