§ 21-122. Disposal of refuse transported from outside the County.

(a)

No person shall dispose of refuse transported from outside the County at any solid waste acceptance facility in the County which is owned or operated by the County.

(b)

No person shall dispose of refuse transported from outside the County at any solid waste acceptance facility in the County which is owned or operated by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
