§ 21-146. Waste stream control.

The Director may order any person responsible for the final disposition of solid waste or source-separated designated recyclable materials or any waste generator to deliver solid waste or specific, designated recyclable materials to a regional intermediate processing center or composting facility or any other solid waste acceptance facility.
