§ 21-153. Enforcement.

  • In addition to, and not in lieu of, any other penalties prescribed in this Division, the County Attorney, acting on behalf of the County, may seek enforcement of any of the provisions of this Division or any regulations promulgated hereunder by actions for appropriate relief in the courts of Maryland, including, but not limited to, actions for injunctive relief.
