§ 21A-121. Conflicts of interest.

(a)

The members of the Authority and Authority shall comply with the provisions of Division 17 of Subtitle 2 of this Code with regard to conflicts of interest and ethical considerations.

(b)

Members and officers of the Authority shall file financial disclosure statements pursuant to Division 17 of Subtitle 2 of this Code.
