§ 23-101. Short title; purpose.

(a)

This Subtitle and all provisions herein shall be known and may be hereafter cited as "The Road Ordinance of Prince George's County, Maryland."

(b)

The purpose of this Subtitle shall be to promote the safety and welfare of the citizens of the County by regulating and establishing standards for all road construction, as herein defined, and to assure the provision of adequate and safe roads in connection with the development of, or construction upon, adjacent or nearby lands.
