§ 23-134. Storm drainage.

(a)

A storm drainage system covered by a specific permit shall be completed within the limits of work established for the permit, including facilities and storm drainage easements lying in or partially in lots or parcels abutting the proposed street right-of-way to be improved.

(b)

Plans for the proposed drainage system shall be submitted to the Department for review and approval.

(c)

Final inspection and acceptance of the storm drainage construction shall be performed by the Department before release of any bonds posted for the construction of the storm drainage system as provided for on the approved plans.
