§ 23-606. Revocation of permits.

All permits are only licenses, and are revocable at any time by the Director for failure to meet any of the requirements of this Division. The failure to comply with any of the regulations, or a valid order by the Director, shall subject the owner or user of the sign or object to the penalties prescribed by this Division.
