§ 26-127. Standing or parking restricted at bus stops.

  • (a)

    The Director is hereby authorized to approve or disapprove the location of bus stops or rescind or modify any prior approval heretofore given.

    (b)

    No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle other than a bus within thirty (30) feet of a bus stop, except that a driver of a passenger vehicle may temporarily stop therein for the purpose of, and while actually engaged in, loading or unloading passengers when such stopping does not interfere with any bus waiting to enter or about to enter such zone. Any person issued a citation for a violation of this Subsection shall be subject to a fine of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each violation.
