§ 26A-102. Motor vehicle repair facility: license required.

Within ninety (90) calendar days after the effective date of this Subtitle, it shall be unlawful for any person in Prince George's County, Maryland, to operate or to cause to be operated a motor vehicle repair facility without having first obtained a license from the Director.
