§ 26A-112. Penalty.

Any person required to be licensed under this Subtitle who acts in the capacity of an operator of a motor vehicle repair facility without first having obtained a license, or continues to act after a license has been denied, suspended, or revoked, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or incarcerated up to six (6) months in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment.
