§ 27-549. Applicability.

(a)

This Part applies only to those parking lots and loading areas which are associated with and serve specific uses. They include the parking and loading spaces required by the parking and loading schedules (Sections 27-568 and 27-582), and any parking and loading spaces serving the same use in addition to those required.

(b)

For the purpose of this Part, the term "parking lot" includes "parking garage."
