§ 27-565. Speed bumps.

(a)

For the purposes of this Section "speed bumps" are mounds or depressions in the pavement that are designed to restrain motor vehicle speed.

(b)

Speed bumps (constructed as part of a driveway, parking lot, or private street) shall be marked with permanent, yellow diagonal stripes.

(c)

There shall be a warning sign posted at each entrance to a development or parking area having speed bumps.
