Each application for a building or use and occupancy permit (for a use for which off-street
loading spaces are required) shall include a drawing (site plan) showing, in addition
to other improvements, the proposed layout of the loading area. The drawing shall
indicate conformance with the design standards required in Subdivision 2, below, and
with the provisions of the Landscape Manual.
(b)
No building or use and occupancy permit shall be issued for any use for which a loading
area is required, unless the site plan has been approved by the Planning Board (or
its designee).
