All sign permits are only licenses, and are revocable at any time by the Director
of the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement for failure to meet
any of the requirements of this Part. The failure to comply with any of the regulations,
or a valid order by the Director of the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and
Enforcement, shall subject the owner or user of the sign to the penalties prescribed
by Part 3, Division 8.
