to the boundary line of the Northwest Branch Park Unit No. 1, southwestward along
the boundary line of the Northwest Branch Park Unit No. 1 to the center line of Chillum
Road, eastward along the center line of Chillum Road to 19th Avenue at the western
boundary line of the Carroll Manor Nursing Home and Saint Anne's Infant and Maternity
Home property (known as Carroll Manor, parcels A and B, identified in Plat Book WWW
31-97), southwestward along the western boundary line of the Carroll Manor Nursing
Home and Saint Anne's Infant and Maternity Home property to the northeastern side
of Eastern Avenue, northwestward along the northeastern side of Eastern Avenue to
the Prince George's County-Montgomery County boundary line, to the center line of
