§ 27-116. Use of public right-of-way.

(a)

Existing.

No building, structure, or use shall be permitted in any existing public street right-of-way, unless expressly permitted in this Subtitle.

(b)

Proposed.

(1)

No building permit shall be issued for any structure or ground level parking lot on land located within the right-of-way, property, or acquisition lines of a proposed street, rapid transit route, or rapid transit facility, or proposed relocation or widening of an existing street, rapid transit route, or rapid transit facility, as shown on a Master Plan, unless permission is granted pursuant to Section 27-259 of this Subtitle.
