§ 27-122. Exceptions.

The requirements of this Subtitle shall not apply to the Prince George's Justice Center complex in Hyattsville, the Greater Laurel Fire Station Building in Laurel, the Public Safety Communications Center (911) and Emergency Operations Center facility on Anchor Street in Landover, or to any land used by the County within the municipal limits of Upper Marlboro. Site Plans for the Justice Center complex, the Greater Laurel Fire Station Building in Laurel, the Public Safety Communications Center (911) and Emergency Operations Center facility on Anchor Street in Landover, and for the County Administration Building or other County governmental use within Upper Marlboro, shall be approved by resolution of the District Council.
