§ 27-382. Multifamily dwelling; bedroom percentages increase.

The maximum percentages of two and three bedroom units per multifamily dwelling (in a separate building or multifamily project) may be increased, provided the increase is consistent with surrounding land use, zoning, and the availability of adequate public facilities and services.
