An approved Specific Design Plan shall be binding upon the applicant and his/her successors,
assigns, and heirs. The Plan shall be reflected in all grading, building, and use
and occupancy permits. Development and use of all land and structures shall be in
accordance with the approved Plan.
(b)
If a Special Exception is approved for property for which a Specific Design Plan has
been approved, the Specific Design Plan shall be considered to be amended to the extent
shown on the approved Special Exception site plan (if applicable).
